Change Management Implementation Consultant

The Change Management Implementation Consultant at ADP designs and executes change management activities to support the implementation of the Lyric HCM platform. This role partners with client leadership and project managers to ensure client training completion and readiness for go-live. The position focuses on driving adoption, managing stakeholder engagement, and coordinating training and communication plans.
