Change Management Process Owner

JLL is seeking a Director-level Change Management Process Owner to lead the transformation of its Change Enablement function into a modern, service-oriented practice aligned with agile, DevOps, and enterprise AI adoption. This governance role is accountable for enterprise-wide change policy, process design, and compliance across in-house teams and managed service providers, rather than day-to-day change execution. The position requires deep ITSM/ITIL expertise, a proven track record of leveraging AI to modernize ITSM functions, and the ability to adapt industry frameworks to JLL's specific risk profile.
