About this role
Spektrum is recruiting to support the NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency) in a change, problem and configuration management role. The position supports delivery and assurance of NATO enterprise IT services, ensuring configuration items and changes are controlled and incidents are investigated to prevent recurrence. The role is embedded with client teams to support NATO CIS processes and contractor onboarding at NATO facilities.

Qualifications
