Change Manager

This role involves leading medium to large-scale change initiatives and managing key workstreams within strategic programmes to ensure successful business readiness and adoption across Retail, Group Customer Operations, and the wider organisation. The Change Manager will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful business change that supports strategic ambitions and enhances outcomes for customers and colleagues. The position requires driving efficiency, managing risk, and supporting the development of Change Consultants within the Transformation and Knowledge team.
