About this role

This role serves as a technical bridge between ESET's Japanese market and global teams, providing pre-sales support, solution design, and enablement to channel partners and customers. The candidate will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Technical Support to drive the adoption of cybersecurity solutions like MDR and XDR while acting as a liaison for technical escalations. Key duties include conducting product demonstrations, developing localized technical documentation, and representing ESET at industry events.

Responsibilities

Provide technical pre-sales support to strategic channel partners and distributors
Design and present cybersecurity architectures and solution proposals
Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and technical training sessions
Act as a primary technical liaison between Japanese partners and ESET global teams
Develop and localize technical documentation and sales enablement materials
