The INN
The Chef Academy Apprentice program offers a 12‑month, Level 2 Commis Chef apprenticeship with fully funded training, masterclasses, and hands‑on experience in a professional kitchen. Apprentices work alongside seasoned chefs, receive personalised coaching, and gain real‑world culinary skills while earning a salary.
