Chef de Cuisine

This role supports the Senior Chef Tournant and Chef de Cuisine in managing the day-to-day operations of the Food and Beverage & Culinary department, ensuring high-quality product standards and overall departmental success. The position involves overseeing back-of-house operations, managing staff, controlling costs, and maintaining strict health, safety, and sanitation compliance.
