Chef de Cuisine

This role supports the Senior Chef Tournant and Chef de Cuisine in managing the day-to-day operations of the Food and Beverage & Culinary department, ensuring the overall quality of products and outlets. The position involves overseeing all back-of-house operations, including staff management, inventory control, and strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations. The ideal candidate will maintain high culinary standards, manage departmental budgets, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
