Junior Chefs Kitchen
The Athenaeum is seeking a dedicated team member to take ownership of a designated kitchen section, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. This role involves supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations while maintaining quality, taste, and presentation standards. The position requires monitoring stock levels, ensuring cleanliness and food safety, and contributing to menu development.
Kids cooking classes for ages 2-18 in Lincoln Park, Chicago studio opening November 17th. We believe in increasing access to the essential health information of food and nutrition by empowering youth with cooking skills and healthy eating resources that are good for people, the planet and our community.
