Chef de Partie

An ambitious Chef de Partie is sought to join a Michelin Guide-recognised independent restaurant in Bath, working within a small, creative kitchen to prepare an ever-changing tasting menu for 20 covers. The role offers direct development alongside the Chef-Owner and Sous Chef, focusing on technique, seasonal ingredients, and the commercial aspects of running a successful restaurant. This position provides a rare balance of serious culinary growth and substantial time off, including a four-day work week and closures for Christmas and New Year.
