Spread Eagle
As a Chef at the Spread Eagle under Vintage Inns, you will master the menu to deliver high-quality traditional food in a cozy pub atmosphere. The role involves preparing ingredients before service, cooking dishes to pride, and maintaining strict cleanliness and safety standards.
Duck, Geese, and all waterfowl in between is what we specialize in. We are currently concentrating more on our own snow goose and specklebelly decoys and should start filling in your spreads very soon. We are also designing custom duck and goose calls that will be available soon. There will also be plenty of Spread Eagle merchandise to make our logo gear available to all.
