Chief Compliance Officer

The Chief Compliance Officer establishes strategic objectives and directs the enterprise-wide Compliance Program to ensure applicable legal and regulatory obligations are understood, assessed, implemented, and aligned with the company's risk appetite. This role oversees compliance strategy, policies, training, regulatory change management, exam management, legal oversight, issue remediation, and reporting to senior leadership and the Board of Directors. The position partners across first and second lines of defense, business leaders, and regulatory agencies to embed a transparent, accountable compliance and operational risk culture across the organization.
