Manager, Business Regulatory Development

The Manager, Business Regulatory Development leads the First Line of Defense accountability, governance, and oversight of regulatory change requirements across Retail, Private Banking, and Wealth businesses. This role ensures regulatory obligations are understood, translated into business and technology requirements, and implemented within agreed timelines. The position serves as a key interface between the Business, Risk & Control teams, Compliance, Technology/IT, and Transformation functions to embed regulatory obligations into the business operating model.
