Chief Development Officer

The Chief Development Officer leads the Indy Chamber's unified approach to investor partnerships and top investor revenue, transitioning from separate funding streams to an integrated account model. This role is responsible for developing a multi-year strategy to grow revenue toward $17–18 million by 2030 while managing the TIPS/Partnerships team and overseeing development systems. The position requires a leader who can cultivate senior relationships, implement data-driven forecasting practices, and align investor strategies with the organization's broader enterprise priorities.
