Chief Development Officer

The Chief Development Officer leads Montera's development organization and oversees the front end of the hyperscale data center development lifecycle as the company expands its national platform. This executive role involves owning development strategy, market and site selection, land acquisition, utility and power strategy, and ensuring overall development readiness through handoff to the delivery organization. The position requires building a scalable development team and advancing projects from initial opportunity through construction readiness.
