Sales Engineer

Montera is seeking a Principal Sales Engineer to serve as the technical authority for hyperscaler and AI-native customer pursuits, bridging outside sales with internal design and product teams. This role involves presenting campus capabilities, translating customer requirements into actionable design specifications, and ensuring technical positions are bankable for lenders and investment committees. The position requires extensive experience in data center infrastructure and hyperscale sales engineering to support the full sales cycle from discovery through contract negotiation.
