Chief Electric Motor Engineer

ASKA is developing a hybrid-electric drive-and-fly vehicle, and this role leads electric propulsion motor engineering across electromagnetic design, mechanical integrity, thermal management, and controls. The position translates aircraft duty cycles into performance and reliability requirements, resolves system interfaces, and directs prototype development with analysis and testing. The role also involves mentoring specialists and improving motor validation processes under CTO technical leadership.
