Chief Estimator

The Chief Estimator is responsible for developing, assembling, and maintaining comprehensive capital budgets and Total Project Cost estimates for major infrastructure programs. This role involves leading estimate reconciliation, developing cost benchmarks, and performing comparative cost analyses to support strategic decision-making. The position requires close collaboration with engineering, project controls, commercial, and leadership teams to ensure accurate cost forecasting and budget traceability.
