Chief Executive Officer

The Chief Executive Officer will guide Transylvania Habitat for Humanity at a pivotal moment, turning a substantial housing pipeline into lasting opportunities for neighbors while sustaining and expanding home repair and disaster recovery response. This role involves building resources and partnerships to serve more families, setting strategic priorities, and managing a $3.5 million budget with a team of 26 staff members. The CEO reports to a 14-member Board of Directors and serves as the organization's primary ambassador to the community and partners.
