The Chief Human Resources Officer serves as Casa de Amparo's senior-most people leader, responsible for setting and executing the organization's workforce and human capital strategy. This executive role leads the day-to-day Human Resources function, the training and development program, and acts as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board. The position aligns people strategy with the organization's mission, growth, and expanding continuum of care while ensuring effective HR operations and employee experience.
Our mission is to support those affected by and at risk of child abuse and neglect, through a range of programs and services that promote healing, growth, and healthy relationships. Casa de Amparo provides support for current and former foster youth age prenatal to 25 with life changing support and services.
