About this role
The Chief of Staff will act as a force-multiplier for the executive team, driving operational rhythms and high-touch client-facing delivery with an emphasis on AI-enabled solutions. This role aligns priorities, runs cross-functional projects end-to-end, and ensures execution from intake through launch and post-launch improvement. The position partners closely with account leads and the Managing Director of AI to translate strategy into sequenced plans and measurable outcomes. It is remote-friendly with occasional travel for client activities.
