The Chief of Staff to the CTO partners with the CTO and senior leadership to translate technology vision into executable strategy, driving organizational alignment and operational efficiency across the Technology organization. The role supports high-level decision making, external and internal communications, and stewardship of cross-site R&D and technology operations. This position acts as a force-multiplier to ensure strategic initiatives are prioritized and delivered on time.
