About this role
The Chief of Staff / Head of Operations supports the Chief Product Officer and the Global Product and Portfolio Strategy organization, providing strategic alignment and operational enablement across the enterprise. The role partners with senior leaders to translate the CPO’s vision into prioritized initiatives, governance, and decision-making. It is embedded in Ipsen’s product/portfolio function and works across R&D, Commercial, Medical and other divisions to drive portfolio and operational readiness.
