Chief Operating Officer

The Chief Operations Officer will lead and scale Alpha Inc.'s day-to-day operations across multiple divisions while embedding company values and culture throughout the organization. This executive role combines high-level strategic planning with hands-on, on-site leadership to drive safety, efficiency, profitability, and growth across Hawaiʻi. The COO reports to the President and serves as a primary steward of operational performance and long-term execution.
