Chief Operating Officer

The Chief Operating Officer reports to the CEO and maximizes organizational effectiveness through operational oversight and strategic leadership. This role serves as an integrator for the leadership team, supporting objective planning, decision-making, and collaboration while providing direct supervision to the Controller and Accountant. The position is responsible for driving the company's direction through strategy implementation and ensuring highly productive day-to-day operations.
