Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for conducting routine inspections and performing general facility maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, to ensure the facility remains well-maintained and operational. This full-time role requires adherence to safety codes, effective communication with management and residents, and participation in rotating on-call schedules for emergency responses. The position involves maintaining inventory, utilizing work order systems, and supporting outside vendors as directed by the Facilities Manager.
