Chief Steward

RACV City Club is seeking an experienced Chief Steward to lead the day-to-day operations of the stewarding team and support the smooth running of the kitchens. The role involves leading and developing Kitchen Attendants, overseeing rostering, stock, and equipment, while ensuring high standards of health, safety, and hygiene are maintained. The successful candidate will work closely with the kitchen brigade and other departments to create a positive, collaborative environment and ensure high standards of service for members and guests.
