Chief Steward

The Chief Steward at the Amsterdam Marriott Hotel leads and manages all food safety and hygiene audit processes, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. This role is fully accountable for the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all Food & Beverage back-of-house areas, including kitchens and stewarding operations. The position involves leading, coaching, and motivating a team of Stewarding Associates to ensure high performance and adherence to Marriott standards.
