Chief Steward

The Chief Steward oversees daily stewarding operations across all kitchens, food and beverage outlets, and back-of-house areas, ensuring efficient service standards and team development. This role involves leading the stewarding team, managing staff schedules, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment maintenance. The position requires close collaboration with the Executive Chef and other departments to support smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.
