Child Development Specialist

The Child Development Specialist plays a key role in supporting children and families through high-quality Head Start services by leading Education and Disabilities services across an assigned service area. This position ensures that education, disabilities, mental health, and transition services are coordinated, effective, and compliant with Head Start Performance Standards and all applicable regulations. The specialist works closely with the Head Start Management Team and program staff to maintain program integrity and support staff development.
