Child Development Specialist

The Child Development Specialist plays a key role in supporting children and families through high-quality Head Start services by leading Education and Disabilities services across an assigned service area. This position ensures coordinated, effective, and compliant services in education, disabilities, mental health, and transition while collaborating with the Head Start Management Team and program staff. The role involves providing coaching, technical assistance, and supervision to staff to maintain program standards and support continuous quality improvement.
