Child Welfare Case Manager

The Child Welfare Case Manager works directly with families referred from the Department of Children and Families to assess needs related to alleged abuse or neglect and achieve permanency. The role involves conducting safety assessments, coordinating services, and maintaining case documentation under supervision. The position requires achieving Florida Certification Board’s Child Welfare Case Manager Certification within one year of completing pre-service training.
