The Churn Operator oversees the butter churning process, ensuring machines and equipment operate efficiently to produce safe and high-quality products. This role involves operating complex production machinery, performing equipment startup and shutdown functions, and maintaining strict food safety and quality standards. The position requires working 12-hour night shifts on a rotating schedule.
