The Packaging Operator is responsible for the efficient operation of various packaging equipment, including Ava/Sapac, Lactose, and Butter packaging systems, to meet production standards. The role involves performing start-up and shut-down procedures, maintaining supply stock, and ensuring a clean and sanitary work environment. The operator must adhere to SOPs, HACCP guidelines, and company quality, safety, and GMP policies.
