The CIC RMA Coordinator manages the end-to-end Return Material Authorization lifecycle for GE Vernova's Critical Infrastructure Communications portfolio. This role oversees RMA administration, SAP order management, and FDMR/KYC compliance while serving as the primary point of contact for customers from initiation through case closure. The position ensures accurate transaction processing and regulatory compliance, allowing technical support staff to focus on engineering and diagnostic work.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end RMA lifecycle for product lines
Execute FDMR and KYC compliance processes in SAP
Provide customers with accurate repair quotes and pricing
Validate customer tax exemption certificates by jurisdiction
Generate invoices upon completion of repair activity
