CIP Administrator

The CIP Administrator provides administrative and project coordination support for the City's capital improvement program under the supervision of the City Engineer. This role supports capital projects throughout their full lifecycle, including planning, procurement, design, bidding, construction, and closeout. The position ensures consistent documentation, timely communication, and organized project delivery while technical review and decision-making remain with designated engineering and project management personnel.
