CIT Director

The CIT Director oversees Camp Cherokee’s Counselor-In-Training program by providing leadership skills and guidance to young teens preparing to become counselors. This role involves creating and implementing a comprehensive curriculum, managing daily schedules, and training CITs in program planning, facility cleanliness, and emergency procedures. The position requires maintaining positive role model behavior, providing constructive feedback, and assisting with staff training and camp operations.
