Claims Administrator

The Claims Administrator will manage a caseload of medical-only Workers’ Compensation claims from start to finish, reviewing and evaluating claims, communicating with injured workers, medical providers, and clients, and making timely decisions within assigned authority. The role includes documenting claim activity, submitting required state filings, and identifying subrogation opportunities while meeting performance benchmarks.
