Claims Counsel, Management Liability

The Claims Counsel, Management Liability will join the Financial Lines Claims team to conduct thorough investigations, analysis, and disposition of claims and litigation, with a focus on Private and Not for Profit claims. This role involves managing a caseload of primary and excess Management Liability claims, optimizing claim results, and providing legal advice to internal business partners. The position requires collaboration with underwriting, brokers, and external counsel to resolve claims while adhering to The Ascot Way.
