Claims Handler

This role involves negotiating the settlement of third-party claims efficiently and fairly while ensuring compliance with policy wordings and regulatory requirements. The position requires validating claims, establishing loss circumstances, and managing pre- and post-litigation procedures to control costs and recover underwriters' outlay. The successful candidate will mentor junior staff, assist in management information analysis, and maintain excellent claims service standards.
