Claims Operations Specialist

The Claims Operations Specialist supports the end-to-end claims intake process by managing intake channels, claim setup, and providing responsive assistance to the claims team. This onsite role involves processing claims from various sources, triaging incoming communications, and maintaining organized claims files. The position also provides backup support to the Claims Care phone team during high-volume periods.
