Claims Specialist II

The Claims Specialist II manages the timely filing, tracking, recovery, and reconciliation of mortgage-related insurance, government, investor, and reimbursement claims to maximize recoveries and minimize losses. This role partners with internal departments, investors, insurers, and third-party vendors to ensure claims are accurately prepared, submitted, monitored, and resolved in compliance with all requirements. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced mortgage servicing environment.
