Selene is seeking a highly skilled Recruiting Team Lead to serve as a strategic talent acquisition partner, recruiting subject matter expert, and process leader for the organization. This role combines hands-on full-cycle recruiting with leadership responsibilities focused on driving recruiting excellence, operational consistency, and continuous improvement across the Talent Acquisition function. The Lead Recruiter manages complex business-critical searches while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders and a resource to fellow recruiters.
