About this role

The Information Systems Security Manager serves as the primary cybersecurity authority for classified DoD systems, overseeing end-to-end compliance with laws, regulations, and the Risk Management Framework. This advanced individual contributor leads system authorization, continuous monitoring, inspection readiness, and mentorship of security officers while managing risks and driving corrective actions for special access and collateral programs.

Responsibilities

Execute and maintain system authorization using the Risk Management Framework
Lead continuous monitoring activities and maintain inspection readiness
Identify and communicate cybersecurity risk to senior leadership
Develop and validate cybersecurity plans and compliance documentation
Mentor Information Systems Security Officers and drive POA&M closure

Bachelor's Degree in related field8 years of relevant experienceU.S. CitizenshipActive or active-able DOD Top Secret Security ClearanceIAM Level III Certification (CISSP, CISM, or GSLC)
