This position performs clerical, reception, and office administration duties as part of the Community Development team, supporting Social Development, Neighbourhood Services, and Culture & Inclusion. The role involves interacting with the public, preparing documents, and providing support to the Leisure Access Pass program. It also includes acting as a recording secretary, coordinating administrative services, and maintaining office records and filing systems.
