Client Access Coordinator

The Client Access Coordinator serves as a dual-function role managing front desk reception and intake coordination for Rimrock's Outpatient, Inpatient, and Residential SUD clients. This position acts as the primary point of contact for clients, families, and community partners, facilitating intake, enrollment, and scheduling processes while maintaining accurate records in the Electronic Health Record. The role ensures a welcoming lobby environment and supports clinical and administrative teams through effective communication and clerical support.
