About this role

The Transaction & Relationship Manager oversees the implementation and maintenance of Agency and Trust transactions spanning Corporate Debt, Structured Finance, and Specialized Agency products. Acting as a primary contact for existing clients, this role manages complex deals from engagement through maintenance while coordinating closely with Legal, Risk, and Compliance functions to ensure strong governance. The position involves driving client lifecycle strategies, resolving inquiries, and contributing to the broader directional strategy of the business.

Responsibilities

Manage full lifecycle of Agency and Trust transactions for Structured Finance and Corporate Debt
Resolve complex client inquiries while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate with Operations and Control functions to ensure accurate transaction setup and reporting
Assess risk and reward for business decisions while adhering to firm governance and compliance policies
Lead regulatory compliance efforts and partner with Legal, Risk, and Audit teams on deal implementation
