Client Intel Unit Analyst

The Fraud Operations Analyst I monitors customer financial accounts and supports detection of potentially fraudulent activity, working under direct supervision. The role interacts with customers and internal teams to address reported fraud concerns and escalates suspicious issues to protect the institution and clients. This entry-level position performs first-level review and investigation actions as part of the fraud prevention function.
