Client Operations Representative

The Client Operations Representative role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and operational support to the Bank's client base. This position involves responding to customer queries and complaints with empathy and efficiency, while proactively identifying and supporting vulnerable customers. The representative will also contribute to operational initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Consumer Duty obligations.
