Client Relationship Manager

As a key field office relationship management role for Manulife's Canada Retirement team, this position supports the client experience and retention of corporate clients without being a direct sales role. The incumbent manages block-of-business relationships by facilitating plan amendments, working with consultants, conducting administrator training, and ensuring post-sale service satisfaction. This hybrid role requires full bilingualism in French and English to serve diverse jurisdictions outside of Quebec.
